The Sele School is a school located in Hertford, Hertfordshire, in the south east of England, catering for pupils between the ages of 11 and 18. The school is situated adjacent to the Sele Farm estate, a major housing area containing a mixture of private and housing association properties. The school serves many areas of Hertfordshire, with pupils coming from local villages as well as within the town.
The Sele School is the hub for the Hertford Extended Schools' partnership, the lead agency for The Selections Children's Centre, and manages the Hertford and Ware Sports Partnership.
The Sele School was the first school in the country to be awarded dual specialist school status in Performing Arts and Sport.[1]
